From Hobby, take Airport Blvd to TX-35 North and pick up I-45 North. Take Exit 45 toward US-59 South, follow it onto I-69 / US-59 South and get off at Exit 128A for Fannin St. Head over on Wentworth to San Jacinto St and on to Eagle St. About 11 miles, around 21 minutes.

Leave the airport on Airport Blvd and turn right onto TX-35 North. After about 2.7 miles, take the ramp onto I-45 North. Take Exit 45 toward US-59 South, continue briefly on TX-288 South, then take the exit onto I-69 / US-59 South. Take Exit 128A for Fannin St, turn left onto Wentworth St, then left onto San Jacinto St and follow it to Eagle St. We're at 1007 Eagle St. About 11 miles, around 21 minutes.
